GEORGE teaches political economy and research methods. He has a background in Economics. His main research interests include the changing role of the state in the economy, the relationship between technological change and social change, and the application of the philosophy of science to the development of economic thought. He is the author of Statistics for Research: With a Guide to SPSS (2005, Sage Publications).
