Dr Babere Chacha, Visiting Scholar from the Global South Fellowship, provided an inspiring presentation to UNSW Social Work students on the social and political climate in Kenya. The students engaged in insightful discussions about human rights, cultural diversity, corruption and socio-economic disadvantage. Dr Chaha is a fine example of influencing social change and this is shown through his strong commitment to social justice and human rights.
